WESTPAC DUCKS 4 DOLLAR $$$
Tuesday 26th January 2010 saw the Annual running of the Ducks 4 $$$$ at the Newcastle foreshore. It was a spectacular sight with just over 10,000 ducks racing for the major prize money.
The winners on the day were: 1st Place - Jamison Costo Ticket sold by CHB SLSC, 2nd Place - Paul Sweetman - sold by Westpac Bank at Charlestown, 3rd Place - Wilhemina Wright sold by TG/HN SLSC.
Sponsors Race was won by Newcastle Herald.
Corportate Duck Race was won by Tea Gardens Real Estate sold by TG/HN SLSC
All proceeds are distributed between the Hunter Westpac Helicopter Rescue Service and Hunter Surf Life Saving.
Congratualtions and a huge thank you to everyone who purchased ducks and for supporting Hunter Surf Lifesaving and the Hunter Westpac Helicopter Rescue Service, especially to all of our Volunteers who work tirelessly.
