Junior Life Saver of The Year

The Newcastle Permanent Junior Surf Life Saver of The Year (JLOTY) award is a great opportunity for clubs to recognise their young lifesavers and acknowledge their commitments to the Surf Life Saving movement and involvement in community volunteering. Clubs are notified when nominations open each season, end each club is encouraged to submit a male and a female surf lifesaver to be considered.

Winners are announced each year at our Branch Age Championships in February, with the winners progressing to the SLSNSW JLOTY program, which focuses on self-leadership, socialisation, teamwork, surf lifesaving and self-awareness.
